This guy is clearly counting on another boom coming to the Miami Condo market. With the tremendous lag times for these projects it makes sense to start planning now for completion sometime after 2015. The fools are the ones nearing completion now. A lot of beautiful buildings have sprung up and I love going to Brickell and Biscayne Blvd now, but who is going to buy all those condos? They foolishly assumed there would be an endless supply of rich Chavez refugees.

Great (and expensive) food and an awesome wine list. Make sure you sit outside on the patio with a view of the Miami River and many of the new high rises.
