I realize nothing is perfect, but the thing is to avoid violating civil and/or criminal laws... growing pot in the house is not a smart idea in the first place and the very act itself of growing pot illegally is automatically putting everyone in the home at risk immediately... you have to think about the consequences before doing something like that, and be willing to accept the risk for what unintended consequence that may arise from it... certainly, there may be some mitigating circumstances that could soften the penalties for committing civil and/or criminal violations, but we all have to be responsible minded in the first place...
