Go to SmallCap. Find ACII. click on Information board. click on Insiders. It's all there. At these prices, whoever is selling is either taking losses or had free shares as payment to begin with. since we are near all time lows, sellers are not taking profits that's for sure. with the news that ACII is preparing for recurring high volume orders and Caterpillar is clearly one of them, and ACII has shown they are willing to PR EDI orders with dollar figures, I think Caterpillar EDI announcement would blow the roof off of this puppy.
