My street before and today. We paid part of the work to be done. In Brazil people pay a lot of money for a lot or house on a gated community. I decided not to pay because I knew the economy going up, criminality goes down = Less risk.

Once I built, the whole area is now being built. We, on the street, paid part of the works of the street (asphalt pluvial water drainage and the sidewalk in partnership with the municipality. As tax cheater I gladly accepted because the benefit of the works returned to me.

Before and after. Everybody now is building around and the neigborhood is getting better. It all start with Elmat who bought a cheap and dead end street in 2005. In 2 years more it will all be bbuilt up.
