I presume you saw the webcast by the just appointed CEO? I liked the tone of his approach to things. It's these intangibles which help to add flavour to the hard facts of a DD exercise, I find (or flavor, if you prefer...).

The big chance this year with PWE in my mind is the compression in P/E and other ratios I expect to occur when Mr Market comes to accept that the company is stable. 14% plus as a cash on cash distribution is too rich - it is only reasonable if you expect a drastic cut and/or other disasters pretty soon.
