" Thats wrong - look here: " The V5000’s large installed base will also provide Saifun greater compatibility with its new parent company, Spansion Inc. (NASDAQ: SPSN - News), as well as its customers and partners. " The problem with calling that SFUN is "over" (or been taken over by SPSN) is, that the deal isn't finally (officially) closed. I expect, that we hear about this in the Q1 call at the latest. Why SFUN trades at such a big discount I don't know -> I will take that "free" profit. BUGGI
