Franklin Resources, Inc. the mutual fund company, just filed a 13G with the SEC on Oct 8, 1997. It seems they own 10.7% of the outstanding shares on SWRT (758,600 shares), which is 516,200 more than they reported on 6/30/97.

Anyway, I'll let you guys get back to sleep. [Just kidding..]
