OFF TOPIC:

I agree with everything you said but I don't think you understand how often a large group of insiders are rewarded when they buy large numbers of shares. One of the reasons that I am nervous about GEMS this quarter is that the insider buying 6 to 7 months ago was so limited. Not so with OZON. Last night I spent some brief time researching stocks from the insider trading site. While there was a couple of hundred stocks with insider buying there was only 14 that interested me based on my own unwritten criteria. Guess what? Out of that 14 stocks almost everyone is significantly higher than the level where insiders bought their shares. I'm talking almost a fifty percent gain on the whole group. In the last couple of months I told the thread about SYQT, VUTK,and OZON. These stocks alone would have dashed any return from the standard averages. I also posted on the ASFT and GSII threads immediately in advance of their strong upward movements. Did I buy all of these? Nope, I bought two of them. But I got the best one in OZON. That is if you consider 200% in less than a week a good return? Insider buying is far more than an added benefit when it is done by a group of insiders who buy a significant # of shares. It is a harbinger of future stock appreciation. Insider selling? I don't like it especially in large groups when I can find insider buying somewhere else. Regards, Jeff
