Because ACII has a consistent history of dilution, there really shouldn't be any surprise that dilution has occurred when a new 10k is issued.

To prepare for the "surprise" next time, let's all recognize that there will be equivalent dilution next quarter that we can absolutely count on. It's not nearly as painful when you "know" that it will happen again. Armed with that certaintly, base your decision to buy/sell/hold.
