You can't get anything straight, can you ? David Walsh should be making up to shareholders what he has cost them, even if it wasn't his fault, why should non-shareholders get any funds ?! WE are the ones whom believed in Bre-X, how can you say he would be profiting anything ? All shareholders should benefit from any money-making proposition. Most of us just want our initial cash investments back, wise up Lalit. How much personal cash have you lost ?
