To all, I have been a Smod bull since May 96 when I rode it from 19 to 25 to 8 1/2. Somehow withstood the crash and rode it back up to 23 where I began short term trading it. Realized most of the gains up to the low 30's when I began to ease out because of the stock quadrupling from the summer low. Actually have shorted the stock a couple of times for a short term trade and done well. Smod has been my most favorite trading stock. That is until the last earnings number when I was short and it went from 49 to 68 in 2 days. I couldn't resist going long Friday when it fell to 74. Now, in the past 2 trading days, I own much more than I intended to, hoping for a bounce to get back to even.

Based on the concerns from some similar companies, (JBIL, ACTM) the stock has sold off and has broken through some technical indicators that the momentum players follow. Dorsey Wright is one of the TA firms that suggested this morning selling on any bounce.

My experience with the company, (which includes numerous calls to them) has been that theses guys are straight shooters and always seem to excel when others fail. Despite seeing their stock drop from 25 to 8 in one quarter last year, the company remained quiet but confident prior to earnings and actually beat their numbers. If I had to put confidence in any company's management vision and execution, these guys would be at the top of the list. So while I can't predict the short term fallout, you long termers will do well to add to your positions because these guys are winners.
