I was simply saying NHS is a government run healthcare system and so is Medicare albeit for a specific group defined by age..... I don't really care whose universal system you choose, I believe everyone is entitled (yes entitled) to good heathcare and ultimately it becomes the responsibility of the government to see that they get it. Ditto for education. I'd like to add good red wine as an entitlement but I'll leave that for another generation...
