P.S. Just to bring this insanity of math-0-magic "full circle"...

According to the financial reporting:
2007 Revenues = $51.1M
2007 Net Pre Tax Income = $2.413M

So considering the $5.7M in 2007's "homogenized" NOL tax benefits expected to be used, we will get offsets amounting to 11.2% of Revenue and 236% of the "net pre tax" income as reported in the 2007 financial statements.

Clearly there is no direct relationship whatsoever between "net pre tax income" for purposes of financial accounting, and "net taxable income" for purposes of tax accounting... unfortunately.

But if future tax benefit offsets maintain a proportional relationship in 2008 as they show above... and we assume 2008 revenues of $65.4M... it would project to a "homogenized" NOL benefit use at the 11.2% rate or... I kid you not... $7.325M.

Please consider this information... only after a good nights rest and ample medications on hand. <Hoo><Hoo><Haa><ack?>
