Mr. John conducted the meeting on his own. It lasted for nearly 3 hours without break, but no one minded that it went on so long. In fact there was tremendous feedback from participants throughout. Many people at the meeting especially enjoyed it when Mr. John got up from his seat at the head of the table and wandered around the conference room, while the associates chanted a refrain from the "Crocodile Rock" case study. On several occasions Mr. John expressed his appreciation for the multi-national nature of the organization, and how much he appreciates all that the U.S. has done for him. Everyone agreed that he is a unique person and exceedingly well-qualified for his position.
