I work in Ottawa 2 days a week, and the rest of the time in Hull, Quebec. I agree with you that this drug has great potential, as you describe in you testimonial. The problem I have is that the drug is expensive (about C$300 per treatment), and my understanding is that it does not significantly reduce the need for surgey, if surgery is indicated, thus I wonder whether the US insurance companies will cover its' costs. Finally, there are competing products on the market. They have just been poorly marketed, according to a rheumatologist buddy of mine.
