USD holders scramble for assets to protect the value of their holdings. Rampant speculation in every tangible asset. Are we discussing the future or the present? :-) Elmat will ask to be paid in CFA -the currency of Francophone Africa or the Rand. Ahhh.... Africa is a basket case and will remain so as long as they decide to have a civil war every time an apple falls from a tree. China, Russia, the US, Europe may chop it up again to take its natural resources but it is in no position to stop any of them.
