You should try ATL, it is rated the 2nd worst driving conditions in the country. DC is first. If I lived in ATL or DC, I would not ride a motorcycle. A guy from my former office lives in West Seattle. Both he and his wife have Harleys, but they rarely ride them, due to the crazy traffic. I've driven (and lived) in Boston, DC, San Francisco, Seattle and a few other places in between. DC and Boston are the worst, IMO.
