FYI The ISEE series began on April 1. 2002...thus including most of the last year of the 2000-2002 bear market.... and its low in late 2002..

I see no technical basis for your view that we "will stay in a bear market for the next few years" ...If that's based on your view of "the erosion of the fundamentals in the economy", then you're playing a different ball game...one btw NOT played on this thread...
