Spending it on a potential fear of GW is simply in my opinion foolish.

That's a known political position. Fine. Many of us, based on the science, think politics should move in a different direction.

The answer as to what to do is reasonably complicated and will have to work at many levels, most particularly, now, at the level of creating more awareness which makes political change possible.

But you've simply translated a philosophical point of view into politics. Not science.
