I'm now a firm believer in the old saw, "travel broadens one"...having spent a week in Tokyo, and Hakuba and another week in Bejing. Bejing is like watching the height of building in Houston and then multiplying by 100....I am NOT exaggerating. If we face a slowdown here, I have no doubt, China will snap up every single drop of oil or anything else we don't buy.
