I have a question : How much natural gas does heavy oil use when it is upgraded ? There is less heavy oil from Venezuela because of Chavez, and Mexican heavy oil production is declining. How much NG does that free up ? The flip side, of course, is that oil sands production in Canada uses considerable Canadian NG.
