I punted on the quiz because a lot of the questions contain logical fallicies. Good points. I decided to just have fun and find the one closest to my preference. That generally works ok--no questionnaire can hit everyone precisely. I just found this missed some obvious points--such as the Roe v Wade decision in abortion cases. On the school prayer, I picked the first one because exceptions lead to fudges and kids from minority groups/religions suffer.
