eplay, sorry, can't help. I don't know what energy source the refineries use. Also I wasn't aware that Mexico oil was heavy. When Chavez recently threatened to shut off shipments of their oil to the US, James Williams of WTRG said that the US would have no trouble getting replacement oil of the same quality as Venezuela, from the Middle East if I recall.
