Not sure if this will help any but it was in the Examiner magazine
which is within the "San Francisco Chronicle" newspaper.

I agree, you gotta love IPJ chances resulting from having lots of
cash to explore in one of the most unexplored yet most prospective
region in the world.

I wonder what affect tax selling will do share prices in December.
You would think that if everyone knows the VSE cycles that after awhile
investors may begin to anticipate them causing the opposite happen...or
is December tax selling and Christmas spending just too big to overcome??
