Obama has categorically denounced Farrakhan.
Not only that, he rejected him!

You know, my initial reaction to the Hagee thing was to wonder why people connect the beliefs of extremists to a candidate who happens to be the one they feel most connected to. I was all set to defend McCain.

But not knowing much about Hagee, I looked it up, and not only did McCain actively solicit the his support, he staged a joint appearance with Magee to announce the endorsement.

What makes it even worse is that McCain isn't in a close race in which he desperately needs every vote in Texas to get the nomination- which wouldn't excuse it, but make it a tad more understandable.
