Here's my take on CRE:

Some REITs will come into trouble with leverage when RE goes down.

From a FFO perspective, when compared to stocks and some historical norms, it seems that REITs are somewhat overvalued, maybe 10-20% at these levels.

Generally, though, for now the REITs seem to just be trading vehicles. Until people can see the future.
