They do have student housing issues, no doubt about that -- every fall a new crop of first-years arrives on Daddy's dime, not ready for university, but to party hardy and trash the local neighborhoods By Christmas the worst of that group is usually gone and their residences vacant, and things then quiet down until the warm weather and the end of spring semester brings out the survivors for a victory lap -- that event is a bit easier to take though, because you know it's probably the last party week you'll have to endure until the following autumn, when it starts all over again Life in a university town
