Hi ED: Upside: I dont know, at least $100, but more like $150 after splits.
Downside: Would have to be bad news: a hot competitor catching up, another technology rising fast, losing subscriber base, something like that, more than price. Although as a growing company, I dont think a market correction would hit it much.
