So your asserting that labor force participation rates have decline to a great extent? Uh?? You would need to look at full-time equivalent employment rate. If that is down, it is down, and so is effective employment. Has nothing to do with "great extent". The figures for national unemployment rate are a little like the figures for inflation. The books are cooked.
