James T., I believe the above to be incorrect. My understanding of the agreement is that Amati shareholders will receive .9 shares of the
NEW WSTL/AMTX stock for each AMATI share that they own on the date of completion, ie., if you own 100 shares of AMATI at the time the merger is consumated, you will then own 90 shares of the combined companies.......On the other hand I like your valuation methods a lot more at this time, but....who's to say WSTL won't be back up at 30 by then!
