Don't know what to make of this news. I guess these are the chips that are in my kid's toys and books that allow them to talk. I must have bought dozens of them.

Do you have any idea how big of a market there is for OTP voice chips.
Also, who are the players and how have the prices for these types of chips faired this year.

It would also be interesting to know at what time the news came out. If it came out before the market closed, I would guess the market was not too impressed since the stock was down.
