Nationsbank having a 1% or any stake in a company is almost for sure unrelated to anything Montogomery is doing. As a bank, Nationsbank manages money, has mutual funds (assumption) and piles of dough under rugs, in shoeboxes, and God knows where else. So, they deploy it and an analyst at Montgomery - which was bought by Nationsbank has an opinion on a stock that they happened to put some money into - completely independent processes. BTW, if you want to have fun, wander over to a thread called OZON. God bless bull markets.
