KyrosL; it seems it's the only way to get America to live within its means How in the world do you figure that? Those of us who have "lived within our means" don't get rewarded - we get penalized. Those who lived "beyond their means" by borrowing more than they could afford, by taking out EQUITY mortgages and playing with the money - they are the winners. In effect they are given free money by living beyond their means. Why in the world would they ever stop? steve
