Perhaps I'm in the minority of raging inflation coming, a lower standard of living for most Americans and housing values actually starting to appreciate at a rapid clip again once the bubble excesses are absorbed in another couple of years. It will be a world of hurt for the building industry and the lenders for many more years as that is where the 'depression' is this time..J6P living way beyond his means and most speculators had little skin in the game and loses there credit and some dignity from the fiasco
