Brent,
Eddie J. looked great for a rookie last year, but you're absolutely right about the pretty hit. He developed the rep. for the big hits, and decided it was something he had to do regardless of whether it was the thing to do at the moment or not. Ever since one huge hit on Lindros in the playoffs in particular. Good-looking future for him though. Oops...wrong thread. RAIN countered later in the day with a slight up. Also, TOWV has rebounded nicely over the last two weeks. Decent news for Dennis, although the trend will need to continue for a while for him to be happy I think. My sis and bon frere were at RAIN in DW over the weekend, and told of the new seats opened up outside, which have minimal wait. For inside well over an hour wait(mid afternoon). Extra seats=extra revenue. They loved it and can't wait to bring their little kids there, although then they would be obligated to eat inside. Maybe I'll give them an investor packet coupon....hmm? Good luck and thanks about Office Depot...for the moment just following...still need to hang on to a little cash for the moment. Could be worth some investment in the near future as the option opens for me. Also, ATIS has moved into the upper 12s, seemingly forming a base as others have been falling the last few days. Worth watching closely. If FDA approvals go as they have planned, along with study findings and technology development, revenues could become huge quickly, and take the lead in the tissue repair industry like AMGEN did with biotech. Just my opinion, but keeping my fingers crossed. What do you know of the former Canadian Home Depot management team(D. Bebis, etc.)? They took over WON(Sports & Rec) over the last 6-9 months, and seem to be in the process of turning it around...competitor of Sports Authority. Still have a way to go, but they did have some hefty insider buying per Barron's online a few weeks ago(one increased holdings by 1500%....over $200,000). I'd be interested in hearing your opinion. Waiting to hear more of Terry's thoughts on DANB as the earnings day is rapidly approaching. Unfortunately the only momentum the stock is picking up seems to be the kind the Tampa Bay Bucs have in football.
