"Ms Windsor" is listed on 10k as appointed to board of advisors and Kenneth Mann is listed as replacing Ms. R. Windsor. Here's an interesting way with words....Mr. Rossmann is listed as resigned in 2007. Some are saying he was fired. If he was fired, wouldn't they him list as "terminated"? Or are they trying to be politically correct? Did he resign, or was he terminated? Shane
