GWB is a war criminal responible for a much larger degree of rape, pillage and carnage than that general was ever responsible for.

If the guy is responsible for the rape, he should've been charged. Obviously evidence was missing. It's called "due process". I guess you guys don't care about that as evidenced in your support of chimp's rendering and torture programs. You're a sorry sack of shit you are.
