It's kind of amazing that Barack got 22% off the asking price but Rezko ended up paying FULL PRICE for the land next door when both properties were sold by the same owner at the same time. That Rezko must be a shitty negotiator. (Even though he's a REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER.)
