Ok, that's a horse of another color. My gas bills are down -- less driving, a new vehicle that offers about 10% better mileage. In a year or two I'll replace the beater with a 50% or more increase.

Good luck with the homeowners. Hopefully, you won't have to use it ever or you might be cancelled, as I was. Then my rates quadrupled for two years.
