Jason or Anyone, Just a quick question to those of you who are technically familiar with I2O: Can a server be retrofitted with a daughter(or in some way) board that has the i960RP or i960RD I20 capability on it. Or does the I2O functionality have to come from the installation of a new motherboard(as well as an upgraded OS) and thus a virtually new system?

From the discussions to date on this board I've been led to believe that only new systems can have I2O capability, however no one has explicitly said this. I was wondering about this as I can see some implications for server sales if a retrofit is possible. TIA...

Regards...Craig
