Single natural resource in the hands of Latin state? DISASTER! I pray Brazil never ever find lots of oil. Only enough for us to use and a few barrels to sell.

A plethora of parasites gravitate around the oil resource. Petrobras was like that before sold a part of it, ended monopoly and professionalized management.

State-ownership of single natural resource is the worst thing one can imagine. Mexico is case in point. Now it will *suffa! **Wahalla, big one awaits them.

China ***choped all the maquilladora. Remained water melon harvesting in Elroy's state. Governing elite didn’t give a dam about people or industry because they were choping oil money.

*Suffa is west African for suffer.
**Wahalla is problem.
***Chop is to eat. Chop-chop is food.
