I agree with you Brian ... The chart looks like KNIC is poised to move up rather than down ... remember Doug Dunlop's comments at the KNIC stockholders' meeting in June??? I revisited the KNIC video a week or so ago to see his comments again. He indicated D.O.E. approval at 120 days at the latest (or some such thing as that) ... well that puts it at mid to late October if that far reaching statement is correct.

I'm wondering if the stock will start moving before any announcement. A couple of years ago my broker had stated with regard to stock pricing moving up before good news as "the people who need to know ... know." ... Thus, our early warning as to what's happening may be in the KNIC chart. For an idea as to the minimum growth rate KNIC ought to do, look at the charts of ERC and BLDPF who are into fuel cells to power electric vehicles ... they've started moving up like gangbusters .... they were pointed out in the KNIC folder in AOL's Investors' Network. If and when the D.O.E. approves the PEC fuel and the Patent Office issues a patent (due any time) ... I would suspect that the KNIC stock price rise ought to far outpace the above mentioned fuel cell makers.

On a bit different topic, I asked our company's senior patent counsel about my speculation that perhaps "arrangements" might have been made to key the patent issueance to the D.O.E. approval .... and he thinks that there's no way that would happen. Not even the President could cause a timing such as that from the Patent Office.

Regards, Ben
