Ok, so I may have jumped to conclusions with the downgrade. Afterall, like I said before, I don't really call a rating of an outperform as a downgrade of the fundamentals, just the timing of buying a stock. I would agree that a buy rating on the stock at $30 is ridiculous, as was IOM at $65 back a couple of years ago. We all know what happened to that stock. While we want a winner here (which it seems clear that we do over the long haul), we don't want one ruined by the big MO investors! Actually, Pat's revised rating is exactly what this stock needs: some reality so the MOs don't kill us "non-timers" in 6 - 12 months.

Thanks, Pat! And thanks to you, Jumper for the info. You certainly have been following CKFR longer than I have. I just recently discovered it last week at $21 and couldn't believe my eyes that I made over 35% in 1 week, especially considering I am a horrible market/stock timer, but feel (modestly) that I can spot a good stock when I see one, as I see CKFR to be. Plus, it's in my backyard, so I have access to some of the local news that the national newswires don't pick up.

Looks good, and resisting the temptation to sell for a small profit now (after taxes) in lieu of greater (much greater) one's in the future.

Keep us updated.
