"You just admitted that you don't know anyone is."

We don't know the procedures, we don't know what kind of controls, if any, are in place, we don't know anything but their promises that they aren't doing anything illegal. That, and the refusal of having any sort of oversight or control at all. Given their track record on veracity and the equipment they had installed, there are reasons to suspect that they are doing things they shouldn't. That, and the fact they've made requests of illegal activity before. They've also made statements where they tried to finesse the issues.

"And thats what they're alleging."

Of course, Brumar. What do you expect? There are reasons to be concerned and they have done nothing to calm those fears. In fact, they've done the opposite.

"They don't have to convict anyone of a crime - just to convince a jury something bad is going on."

Every attempt to address the issue has been blocked. In our system, then the only recourse is through the courts.
