All resolutions passed. The redistribution of escrow shares to management is supposed to have the effect of "moderate any increases in compensation as it should be considered as part of the compensation package" (quoting Jacobs). Time will tell whether this was incentive or just a ploy to keep escrow shares alive that should have expired long ago.

I hope the current team does their job and we can be made to forget about this mess. 15 years is a long time to wait for 1 product.
