Jeffrey, Ascend had two mid-quarter discussions regarding earnings. The first, in August, discussed the $63 million month of July and the need to ramp up to meet a high teens quarter. The second announcement, just prior to the recent announcement (which I believe is the one you are talking about), provided $.18-20 guidance. In my view, GEMS would not have commented on motoroal a short while ago if there was any indication that the GEMS' quarter was going to be anything other than in accordance with street estimates. Different viewpoint, and I don't believe that there will be any surprises down, and little chance of an upside surprise.
