"Bill Clinton is out of office." For now he is out of office - he is trying to return in November. "This is ridiculous, so again, what is the usual protocol because I don't know with regard to a presidential library built after someone is out of public life." Say what? Not to recognize the connections of the Clintons and money - to quote a famous American - "requires a willing suspension of disbelief". Incidentally - Hillary's disrespect of General Petraeus should be a huge issue. It is another view of Hillary as the witch. That was a disgraceful performance. I truly believe Hillary will win - at any price over Obama. Watching her posturing on Florida and Michigan is amusing.
