David, TXN 3rd qtr came in .06 above estimated. -- Semiconductor orders were up 27 percent from the third quarter of 1996, with particular strength in wireless communications and networking. SC revenues increased 22 percent from the third quarter of 1996. -- Semiconductor profit from operations was up more than fourfold. biz.yahoo.com SC seem to be the big profit area. Can we make an extrapolation with respect to INTC? Rich
