IR phone situation resolved. As posted on RB:

"I called an spoke to a nice young gal. The mystery is solved.. Rhonda is away.. wow.. how scary is that. The gal I spoke to call forwarded the IR number to her cell phone when she was out of the office. even scarier.. Rhonda will be back on Monday.

So, clearly, the voice on the recorded greeting was not Rhonda's.
