Mornin H.R. SOES I believe stands for "SMALL ORDER EXCECUTION SYSTEM" The brokers trader sends an order to the MM via electronic order(COMPUTER) and a group of people learned how to see these orders as thay happened and would jump in ahead of the their own order at a price just under or over and that order had to be honered. The MM was losing and the SOES BANDIT was winning and small investors were also losing. At least this is how I interpreted the information I read on it. Confusing?? Yup. Have a good day H.R. FRANK.
